Your Privacy Choices

Citizenly does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use this page to manage cookie preferences, see whether your browser is sending a Global Privacy Control signal, and submit a privacy rights request.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to direct businesses not to sell or share your personal information. Citizenly does not engage in either practice today; this status is provided for transparency.

Current status: Citizenly does not sell or share personal information for advertising. No opt-out is required.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends the Sec-GPC signal (the Global Privacy Control standard), Citizenly treats it as a valid opt-out and disables analytics and marketing cookie categories automatically.

Limit the use of sensitive personal information

Citizenly already uses sensitive information (A-Number, Social Security Number where required, date of birth, USCIS receipt number) only for the purpose for which it was collected — preparing your immigration filing. We do not infer characteristics, do not use it for advertising, and do not sell it. If you want to confirm this limitation in writing, submit a request below.
